Buddy Roger’s Music offers musical instruments and related products for sale to customers in the Southern Ohio, Northern Kentucky and Eastern Indiana region through three retail stores, a school service specialty operation, a repair facility and several associate stores.

Knowledgeable and experienced people are the key to providing schools with our outstanding service. Our school representatives provide consistent, weekly service that is coordinated with each teacher's schedule and tailored to each teacher's needs. The range of services available through our reps includes sale of instruments and accessories, pick up and delivery of school repairs, coordinating all student rental activity (fittings, new rentals, exchanges, repairs) and each is trained in effective recruiting techniques to assist the music educators. Our professional PowerPoint presentation of our Lease Plan helps parents clearly understand their options and encourages participation. Continuous training and education of our school reps helps keep educators up to date on the latest trends, materials and technology. Our school reps are supported with a outstanding team of inside school service specialist to provide for pricing, order processing by phone and internet, school bids, shipping, instrument preparation, scheduling and training on products and support. Ordering is easy on line or by phone and our prices are consistent and competitive.

Our repair shop has been nationally recognized for quality and service many times since becoming an integral part of our service to our schools. Our six full time, highly trained and experienced technicians provide the full range of repair for student instruments, school owned instruments and the highly technical demands of the professional musician.

We offer a yearly extended maintenance program for individually owned and school owned instruments that offers an economical way to maintain the instruments in top quality playing condition year round. These same professional technicians, along with a team of our technical preparation assistants, process all of our rental return instruments.
