Beginning School Band (BSB) Program

Congratulations on your interest in having your child participate in the 6th Grade beginning band classes in your school. Our instrumental music program provides a great opportunity for your child to experience the fun and enjoyment of learning to play an instrument and enhances your child’s total education.

Beginning Band Classes start in the 6th grade on a tuition basis and will be taught during the school day by professional, accredited teachers employed by the Beginning School Band Program^™.

Your child may select any of the following instruments for this first year of band: FLUTE, CLARINET, ALTO SAXOPHONE, TRUMPET, TROMBONE or PERCUSSION. Additional instruments will become available as the students progress.

There is a yearly tuition to participate. The fees are used to pay the teachers, are payable in two installments and include all the band camp, lessons and concerts:

FIRST SEMESTER
(August 12, 2013 – December 20, 2013)
Payable by August 1, 2013

$180.00

SECOND SEMESTER
(January 6 – May 23, 2014)
Payable by December 20, 2013

$180.00

SAVE $40 by paying both semesters at one time by August 1, 2013 ($140 refundable if your child does not continue in the second semester).

Students must register for classes, pay the first semester fee and purchase a book in order to participate no later than August 1, 2013 (or pay the reduced yearly fee by that date). Second semester fees will be due by December 20, 2013

Instruments may be leased on a monthly basis with a 30 Free Trial Period with no obligation, full ownership options and advanced upgrades available.

BAND CAMP August 12, 13, 14 & 16

This 4 day, pre-school camp is included in the first semester tuition. It offers the best opportunity for a good start for the students. Student may attend any one regardless of your attendance zone.
