No estimates can be given without seeing the instrument first.
No work will be completed until we receive approval for repair costs on the instrument.
Receiving a repair estimate over the phone before seeing the instrument is highly unlikely. A repair technician must look over the instrument and assess the problem before an accurate estimate can be given.
All Electronic Repairs require a $35 non-refundable deposit for estimates. This $35 will apply to the overall cost of the repair if you choose to proceed with the work. This does not apply to equipment that is under Warranty, either through the manufacturer or Buddy Roger's Music. |
